Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Publisher and scope

RadioCod is published privately by Adrien Rodrigues Da Silva. These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the car radio code calculation/display service offered on radiocod.fr.

2. Service description

• The service calculates a car radio unlock code from the entered information (brand, reference/serial number).
• The result appears immediately after validation and payment. No account is required.
• Data accuracy: you are responsible for providing the correct reference; a wrong entry can prevent getting the correct code.

3. Price

• Single price: €4.99 incl. tax for one request (one code calculation).
• The price is shown before payment and may be adjusted in the future. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of order.

4. Payment

• Online payment via a secure provider. No card data is stored by RadioCod.
• The order is confirmed once payment is validated by the provider.

5. Service delivery

• The code appears immediately after payment on the results page. It is recommended to note it down or save the page.
• If you are unsure about the reference or the code doesn't appear, contact support quickly.

6. Right of withdrawal

The service consists of immediate digital content delivery after payment. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal once the code is displayed. If the service cannot be executed (uncalculable reference), a refund may be offered.

7. Liability

• Code accuracy depends on the information provided. A wrong reference can result in a non-working code.
• RadioCod cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of use, downtime) caused by incorrect entry or improper use.
• In case of obvious error or technical inability to calculate, liability is limited to refunding the affected order.

8. Availability and maintenance

• The service is generally available 24/7. Occasional interruptions may occur (maintenance, technical incidents).
• If unavailability prevents code display after payment, contact support; assistance or a refund may be offered.

9. Support and claims

• Provide your car radio reference and the payment date/time for faster processing.

10. Personal data

RadioCod only collects the data necessary to calculate the code and for payment. See the Privacy policy for more details (purposes, retention, GDPR rights).

11. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, visuals, layouts) is protected. Any reproduction or distribution requires prior authorization. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

12. Force majeure

RadioCod shall not be liable in case of unforeseeable events beyond its control (major outage, attack, payment provider outage, natural disaster, etc.).

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts may be seized.
