Who is responsible?
RadioCod is published privately by Adrien Rodrigues Da Silva. Primary contact: contact@radiocod.fr.
What data do we collect?
- Data needed for calculation: vehicle brand, car radio reference/serial number.
- Payment data: processed by a secure provider (we do not store card data).
- Technical data: security logs and technical cookies (session) to run the site; request logging (selected model, normalized input, calculation status) and payment traces (amount, transaction ID, status).
- Anti-bot: Cloudflare Turnstile to limit form spam (no ad tracking).
- Anti-fraud: IP hash (non-identifying) and user-agent may be kept to prevent abuse.
Why and how do we use this data?
- Car radio code calculation and immediate display after payment.
- Payment processing via a compliant and secure provider.
- Security and fraud prevention (minimal technical logging).
Cookies
- Strictly necessary cookies (session, security) to run the site.
- No marketing or advertising cookies without prior consent.
Retention periods
- Data entered for calculation: kept as long as needed for display and proof of service.
- Security technical logs: limited and proportionate durations (regular rotation).
- Payment data: handled by the provider per legal obligations; payment logs and webhooks kept for support and accounting.
User rights (GDPR)
- Access, rectification, deletion: email contact@radiocod.fr specifying your request.
- Objection/limitation: possible when permitted by law, especially for non-mandatory processing.
- Portability: for data you provided when technically applicable.
Security
- Site served over HTTPS. Payment handled by a secure provider, with no local storage of card data.
- Restricted access and technical logs to prevent abuse.
